Ben Franklin 300 Philadelphia Press Conference
Benjamin Franklin (Bill Ochester) tugs on a kite during a re-enactment of his famous kite-and-key experiment of 1752. The re-enactment was part of a press conference at Philadelphia's National Constitution Center to announce plans for Franklin's 300th birthday celebration in 2006. The centerpiece of the year-long party is the international traveling exhibition Benjamin Franklin: In Search of a Better World, making its world premiere on December 15, 2005, at the Constitution Center.
